Auction Rules
YOU MUST BE REGISTERED TO BID. If you need help or rush approval,
call the  Snap Towing Auction and customer service will walk you through the
process. Dealers, have your Dealer License ID and expiration date
ready.
HOW TO BID? Log in to the Snap Towing Auction and choose our sale to see a full list or
simply use the search at the top of the page, type in the stock
number or last 8 of the VIN.
HOW DO I BID?
The fastest way is to log back into the Auction and you will see an alert on the dashboard
showing the
number of vehicles Running. Join the simulcast and start bidding.
HOW DO I KNOW I HAVE WON ? The easiest way is to log back in, it will show you
vehicles won. You will also receive an email and the next steps.
HOW DO I PAY? We accept Cash, Cashiers Check, and Credit Card (4% fee added to each
Credit Card Purchase). Snap Towing Auction will have the billing paperwork and the keys (if
vehicle has keys) once payment is received.

TITLES The majority of titles will be Lien, Junk, salvage, or Parts only . Any titles that are not Lein, Junk, Parts Only  or Salvage will be clearly stated prior to the auction.

HOW SOON CAN I PICK UP MY CAR? Usually, the vehicles will be billed and
ready for pickup by the end of business on the day of the auction. If you
need a rush, let the auction managers know.
CARS MUST BE PAID FOR AND PICKED UP NO LATER 72 hours after the
auction or you will be charged storage fees. 
This is an “AS IS Auction”, we do everything in our power to list the
cars condition accurately and highlight the major flaws in advance on
the site. All vehicles sold as is how is, where is.
It is the buyers’ responsibility to review and judge vehicle condition
before bidding.
AFTER THE SALE IS OVER No repairs of any kind. No locksmiths allowed. No gas or batteries
can be installed. If the vehicle won’t start, you must arrange for a tow. Snap Towing Towing
offers flat rate outs, inquire when making final payment. Any tow company wanting to pick up
from here, must be insured with general liability, workman’s comp & provide and hold harmless
on company letterhead.
